How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard delivery time is 4-6 business days in Spain and Portugal, calculated from the day of purchase, provided we receive the order before 12:00 PM. For the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is 4-7 business days. These delivery times are approximate.

How can I pay?

How do I track my order?
Both we and the shipping company will keep you informed via email about the status of your order. You will also receive a tracking number.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return (for voluntary reasons). For products requiring assembly, returns will only be accepted for products that have not been assembled, used, or modified in any way and that retain their original packaging in perfect condition (essential for processing any return).
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If the product has visible damage, you must note it on the carrier's delivery slip and notify us as soon as possible, otherwise neither the transport company nor we can be held responsible. If the box is intact and the damage is hidden, please notify us within the return period.

Will they deliver my order if I live on the 4th floor without an elevator?
According to Law 16/1987 on the Regulation of Land Transport, the transport company is not obliged to carry the product up to the home, since during transport, damage such as scratches on elevators, walls or doors may occur, for which the transport company will not be responsible.
